No gross stuff today... I don't feel like being grossed out..

Yesterday I watched the Steve Irwin Memorial service…. His father said something that was so sad… He said grieve for the animals….they lost their best friend. I wish every one understood the importance of every living thing on this earth…. Like he did…… The animals “HAVE” lost their best friend.

Thanks to everyone that wished me a happy birthday… I told the husband my birthday was the day before the real day. I did this because in the past he thinks it’s ok to try and wish me well and give me some kind of gift the DAY AFTER my birthday. That’s NOT my birthday then! So this year he was forced to get it right…I bet all of you are wondering how old I am…. I didn’t mind telling my age when I was in my 30’s…. and even 40 wasn’t so bad…. But now….. I am…… 41! I feel a little sick about it. I liked being a spring chicken! Now I’m an old goose…… An old Dr. Pepper drinking goose.

Did you know you control 70% of the way you age?… Not genetics. The fountain of youth, is in the way we eat…SOOOOOO…. I have made a promise to myself to eat better! And I think changing 40 years of eating bad is going to be a little hard.……
