So I have decided to get heart smart. I’ve put a few new things on my grocery list that might help the O ticker tick better. I don’t drink coffee but I read women who drink 2 to 3 cups a day have less heart problems. Red wines on the list too. It said drink a glass of it every night. Of course I would have liked it better if it would have said get “loaded” on wine every night but it can’t all be good huh? Soy, whole grains, garlic and Pomegranate juice are on the list as well….. Wish me luck.
I still haven’t got back in the groove of writing yet. Sure I have lots of memories I could share but ….. (Huge sigh) What’s the point…?
The step daughter had her baby. He’s so small… 5 pounds and something err other… She smoked… and I guess what it says on the side of a pack of cigarettes about low birth weight is true. Poor little tike.
I think warm sun shine and warm sand is looking real good right now…. It’s cold as a well diggers ass right now…. Still no snow… I sure was hoping for a few flurries….. Nope…. Not yet anyway… I figure if it’s going to be cold it might as well snow too!
