the life and times of sherrena

 My apologies....

I would never joke about the suffering of other's. That was not my intent when I posted my last blog. I want to make that very clear...I'm sure that song was talking about the criminals that took ADVANTAGE of the hurricane...And the horiffic flood that followed...I have read it over and over and It seem's to me that the truth hurt's....The low life's from all walks of life came out of the wood work...

 The battle of New Orlean's.............

This next post I thought on a few day's before I decided to post it. First let me say I am a Texan so I felt a little ashamed at laughing at this..It came in my email as a song ( you know the one..."In 1814 we took a little trip...") I think it's called The battle of New Orleans...My friend had sent it to me and she is a cajun and she thought it was funny so My shame left me and I laughed right along with her...Now I didn't write this I just laughed at it!...There is a deference so please save any "BAD" comment's  for the 2 guy's from New Orlean's that wrote it...THis song I'm told played all of ONE day on the radio and was riped off the air waves....you decide if that was right.......

In twent o' five Katrina let her rip

Taken dead aim at the coast of Mississipp

Causing death and devastation like no one had ever seen

And anger and frustration in the town of New orleans

And they blamed George Bush and they blamed the head of Fema

They told everbody that would listen to 'em shout

They blamed the mayor and they blamed Governor Blanko

Cause nobody came to get their sorry asses out

When the levies didn't hold the water started comming up

And all at one they realized that they were out of luck

So they all took refuge in the Supper Dome

It didn't take 'em long to make their self's right at home

Well they stole TV's and they stole fine jewelry

Every body got a New pair of Nike tennis shoe's

Stole guns, fur coat's, cold beer

They stole some stuff they couldn't even use

With the water and the sewer now deeper than their thigh's

They started shooting helicopter's bringing them supplies

Then when the Army had the nerve to fire back

The Reverend Jessi Jackson said it was cause of they were black

And they crapped in the streets they raped young women

They commited ever kind of unthinkable sin

They did some thing's you can't even mention

With the only intent to get on CNN

Now the water went down and they all went home

Now they sit around and they bitch and they moan

Cause everything is worse than you could ever expect

And they wonder who the hell is going to send them their next check

Now they got no jobs and they got no money

But they got away cause they never got caught

They aint NO better than they was before the storm

And dont you know it!..Everything's the Governments fault!

It looked like a little dog...

WOW!...It sure feel's good to be without bratty children around. Those kid's ,that my mother in law brought ,were monster's!...I'd say hellyen's but I don't know how to spell it. They touched their sticky hand's on everything...and that was just the start!...There my husband's nieces. There mother is doing a 20 year sentance at the woman's correctional facility in Texas, for drug's. So my mother in law has 2 more children to raise..One is a drug deal pay off and the other is her blood...The father and mother of the first little baby couldn't pay their bill from what I understand and they let my husband's sister adopt her..and then she got in a mess of trouble, now both girl's belong to my old ass mother in law. I say old ass ...but the truth is she's really quite stunning for an old woman. If there was a word to descibe her I think it would be.....(I'm thinking!...............)...Sparkling. She alway's looks nice and she wear's a little wig that looks like her real hair!..So you know she has every hair in place at all time's. I know about the wig's because she went to Mexico with me and my sister in law and I thought they were going to pull us over at the border and search our car because it looked like a little dog laying in the seat. Her wig that is..Your not suppose to bring animals (and a lot of other stuff that's to much to mention) so I was really dreading geting asked to pull to the side..not that I had anything to hide because I didn't but have you seen what happen's to your car if you've "forgot" to declare something and they catch you?....anyway...I really must tell you about that time someday...that trip to Mexico and how she will never go another place with me either, in this life time.
